REGULATIONS

The Festival will take place at Moncalieri (Turin, Italy) on the 12^th and 13^th of November 2005.

The candidates have to send inscriptions to this address:

A.GI.MUS of Moncalieri  Strada Genova, 166 10024 Moncalieri (Turin- Italy), within the 30th of October 2005 (postmark faith).

The applications, written on suitable form, will have to include a copy of identity document, a copy of payment (the inscription is valid for every group) made through bank order registered to:

• They can participate soulists and vocal/instrumental groups without age limit, and with no members and instruments limit.

• The programm presented by the candidates will have to last a maximum of  20 minutes. (The jury can interrupt the execution).

• The judgement of  jury is inappellable.

• The jury can decide not to assign the prizes if the candidates don't demonstrate the necessary artistic qualifications.

• The radio or televison use of the audition and of the final concert will not give any compensation to the candidates.

• The audition's inscription is:

Soulist 35,00 euros; duet 60,00 euros; for every member added 20,00 euros; from 9 members upwards 200,00 amount.

• The third classified of the Prize, will have to exhibit for 50 minutes, with no compensation, during the Festival (no assignation of the Prize as penality).

• If the winner chooses the Prize – SOLUTION A- the compact disc will be recorded the day of the concert. If the winner chooses the Prize- SOLUTION B- the direction will communicate the date of the two concerts.

• The inscription to the PRIZE  requires the general acceptance of regulation.

• Travel and stay expenses are paid by candidates. The direction can help and facilitate the stay of candidates.

• In case of accident, happened to the candidates during the Festival, the direction will not assume any responsability.

• The secretariat will communicate the place's address and the exhibition's hour of every candidate/group.

• The audition will take place if there is a minimum of 6 candidates/groups.
